We All Need Help Sometimes
I am a strong person and a man of faith, but sometimes we all need the support of others and the help of our community.
We have to start by asking.
We need each other to move ahead in life.

The world can be a difficult place and a little kindness and support goes a long way to helping each other.
As my friend Russ Johns says…
“Kindness is Cool, and Smiles are Free!”
This goes a long way in helping each other maintain a Positive Mindset and a Good Perspective on life.
Perspective is so important.
“We all need people who will help us look at situations from a different perspective.” -David Cottrell
This helps us from getting stuck in the Woe Is Me mindset.
We can get in our own way so easily.
Often it is pride that stops us from asking for help.
That can be hard to overcome.
“Swallow your pride and admit that we all need help at times.” - Huston Smith
In helping each other we accomplish so much more.
We are truly Better Together!
I love what Maya Angelou says,
“We need Joy as we need air. We need Love as we need water. We need each other as we need the earth we share.”
It is so true… We need each other!
We cannot do it alone. And, the sooner you discover that, the sooner you will start accomplishing amazing things.
So, where are you now?
Are you willing to be a bit vulnerable and in need of help at times?
As my friend Carl Shawn Watkins says,
"Everything you want is right on the other side of vulnerability."
The willingness to risk and put yourself out there is what so many of us are missing.
So today, as you are setting your life goals, think of how others can help you and how you can collaborate and help others.
This will help you overcome obstacles in your way to a better life.

And we do that together.
